Within the City of London Corporation, it is a legal requirement that a Wardmote is held annually in each of the City’s 25 wards. Wardmotes are local meetings that are held annually in March. The purpose of the meeting is to provide an opportunity for the registered electors to meet their Alderman and Councillors in the Ward. Electors can raise any questions with the Members that they may have.
