I was delighted to join teams from British Lane, Sir Robert McAlpine, Modon and GIC today for the ‘topping out’ ceremony in 2 Finsbury Avenue at Broadgate.
2FA is an iconic addition to the City of London’s skyline. Uniquely for London, it comprises dual high-rise towers, the 36-storey East Tower and the West Tower at 21-storeys. It will also be the 3rd largest commercial office and the 9th tallest commercial office in the Square Mile.
This construction project has delivered considerable social impact, including 1,047 apprentice weeks, 2,635 volunteering hours and £223,215,241 in supply chain spend.
We look forward to welcoming anchor tenant hedge fund Citadel and global market maker Citadel Securities when the project completes in June 2027.
