Thank-you to those who have reported flytipping outside of St Ethelburga-the-Virgin within Bishopsgate.
The City of London Corporation’s local environment manager at our contractor Veolia have inspected the waste (not the nicest job!) and have found sufficient evidence to identify the owner.
The rubbish has now been cleared by our wonderful street cleansing team and enforcement action will follow.
Having a community which acts as the eyes and ears of the City Corporation across Bishopsgate is really important. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if see any other flytip incidents. It’s important we act swiftly on these things to ensure we retain high standards of cleanliness across the City.
